Jeff brings a rare combination of expertise as a pharmacist, attorney, and regulatory agent, with a career built around pharmacy law, regulatory affairs, and healthcare operations. As President of The Mesaros Group, he provides strategic consulting across pharmacy law and practice, drugs of abuse and performance-enhancing substances, healthcare technology, delivery models, and supply chain solutions. His operational experience includes key roles at Ro, CVS Health, DaVitaRx, and Medco Health Solutions, where he led regulatory and operational initiatives across some of the largest pharmacy and healthcare delivery organizations in the country.
Jeff's leadership in pharmacy regulation extends to the national stage through his work with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), where he progressed through Executive Committee Member, Treasurer, President-Elect, and President before serving as Chairperson. That trajectory reflects a career spent shaping the regulatory frameworks that govern pharmacy practice nationally — expertise he now directs toward ARM's Safety & Compliance Pillar, ensuring that ARM's programs, including its work in emerging and integrative therapies, meet the highest standards of legal and operational rigor.
