As Treasurer and Chair of ARM's Financial Pillar, he oversees the organization's fiscal health while directing the charitable planning and resource allocation that bring precision, integrative medicine to veterans and other vulnerable populations.

Dr. Jason Chen is an integrative and functional family physician with more than 16 years of experience in personalized, preventive, and whole-person care. He founded Johns Hopkins' first integrative primary care clinic and has served as faculty and educator across multiple academic institutions. He currently serves with Spire Health Pathways, is an Independent Physician Clinical Reviewer for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, serves on the National Quality Forum's P4QM Cost & Efficiency Committee, and is founding faculty at the University of Northern Colorado College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also serves as Executive and Medical Director of Christ Clinic Fort Collins, providing no-cost medical care to underserved adults and children. As Medical Director of ARM's Veteran Program, he brings this clinical, academic, and service experience together to advance evidence-based, integrative care for veterans and warfighters.

Jeff Mesaros is a pharmacist, attorney, and pharmacy law and regulatory affairs expert who served as long tenured Florida Board of Pharmacy Member and Past-President of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). As Chair of ARM's Safety & Compliance Pillar, he applies that regulatory depth to safeguarding the standards, oversight, and legal integrity of ARM's clinical operations.

Dr. Ricky Vogel is a pharmacist and pharmacy executive with extensive experience in enterprise pharmacy compliance, regulatory governance, and sterile/nonsterile compounding operations across multi-state, high-volume environments. As Chair of ARM's Emerging Medicine Pillar, he brings that clinical and regulatory expertise to the evaluation and safe implementation of novel, evidence-based therapies, including peptide and psychedelic-assisted treatment protocols.
